Cookie Policy

In short

We set four cookies. All four are needed for the service to work.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third party trackers, so there is no consent banner to click through.

Why there is no banner

A consent banner is required when a site stores things that are not necessary for the service the visitor asked for. Advertising and analytics are the usual reasons.

We do neither, so every cookie below is strictly necessary and none of them needs your consent. We would rather not have the banner than have the tracking that makes one necessary.

What we set

NameWhat it doesHow long
sb-access-token
sb-refresh-token
Keeps you signed in. Without these you would be asked for your password on every page. 7 days, refreshed while you are active
isAuthenticated Tells the page whether to show the app or the sign in screen before anything is loaded. Holds no personal data and grants no access on its own. 7 days
nw-theme Remembers whether you chose dark, light or system, so the choice holds across the whole site. 1 year

Third parties

The sign in page runs a bot check to stop automated account creation. It sets its own short lived cookie for that purpose. It does not track you across other sites and it is not used for advertising.

That is the only third party cookie anywhere in the product. There is no advertising network, no analytics platform, no social media pixel and no session recording.

Local storage

The app keeps a few things in your browser's local storage: your theme choice mirrored from the cookie, your region, and a short lived cache of your own catalogue so the dashboard opens instantly. All of it stays on your device. Signing out clears it.

Turning them off

Your browser can block cookies for this site. Blocking the theme cookie only means the site forgets your choice. Blocking the sign in cookies means you cannot stay signed in, and the app will not work.
